Process Engineer Design (Technical Services)

Urgent Requirement
1.Must have knowledge of Process Engineering in Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical industries.
2. Able to review the Contract documents and specifications to understand the requirement of Process Engineering related activities.
3. Must have Experience in the design & detail Engineering of Effluent water treatment plant (Produced Water).
4. Must have Experience in the Design & Detailing of Effluent water Degasser, IGF vessel, Settling Tanks, Stripper Column, Nutshell Filter, Closed and Open Drain Vessel. Experience in codes and standards like API,ANSI, ISO, ASME, Shell DEP Standards, KOC Standards, KNPC Standards etc. related to Valves and Inline items.
5. Must have Experience in Preparing and Reviewing of Process flow diagram (PFDs), Piping Instrumentation diagram (P&ID), Cause and effect, Line list, Tie-in list, Process Studies (Surge, Hydraulic, NPSHA, Simulation, vessel sizing, line sizing & Line pressure drop), Operation & Maintenance manual and commissioning procedure etc.,
6. Experience in corrosion assessment studies. Review the commissioning startup manual, operating and maintenance manual etc. Able to provide training to operators based on plant operating manual.
7. Experience in sizing of equipment, line, control valve, PSV, orifice & PVRV etc. Experience in preparation of utility summary, chemical consumption summary etc. Experience in simulation software’s such as Aspen Hysys & Unisim.
8. Experience in process design of chemical injection skid. Review of material selection diagram, hydraulic calculation, Heat Mass Balance, Logic & Interlock Diagram, Process Datasheet etc.
9. Must have Experience in Preparing and Reviewing of Process Datasheets of equipment like pumps, storage tanks, Reactors, vessels, columns, Heat Exchangers and special process equipment such as filtration equipment, drying equipment etc.,
10. Must have Experience in Preparing and Reviewing of Calculations/Sizings of hydraulic calculations for line sizing, Pump head, Flare network calculations, heat exchanger design calculations using HTRI, relief valve sizing calculations using appropriate codes, surge calculations.
11. Must have Experience in HSE Studies like HAZOP, QRA and PHASER report review and implementation in design deliverables. Vendor package review and preparation of Process data sheets for the process equipment.
12. Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership is preferable or must be graduated from NBA accredited College.
